Shipping and Return Policy
Orders are normally processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.
We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING for orders over $150 that are delivered within the continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii excluded). Free shipping by UPS Ground or FedEx Ground/Home Delivery is available when the products in your cart exceed $150 (excluding discounts and coupons). Free shipping does NOT apply to separately boxed goals (generally any goal that is not a foldable PVC type), stick sets, complete goalie sets, and floorball rink products which cannot be shipped by common carrier. If you include any of these items in your order and you otherwise qualify for the $150 basket threshold, shipping will be included for those items only.
If you choose an expedited shipping method (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day), costs can be quite high because large, lightweight products (such as floorball sticks) are subject to dimensional pricing. We are located in North Texas so most ground deliveries to the central part of USA only take 1-3 days so expedited shipping is not required.
For international orders, the rates quoted include customs clearance, import duties/tariffs, and import taxes when required. For specific information about various shipping methods, visit our Frequently Asked Questions page.
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. You may also return any unused product within 10 days for any reason. Examples include the wrong size or in the case of a stick, the wrong side. When you return an unused product, we will refund the purchase price. In this case, we will not refund the shipping cost of your order. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please do not return a product that has been used expecting a refund. That is not fair to us or our other customers.
