How do I incorporate floorball at my school?
Physical education classes
- Team building sport appropriate for any age level - elementary, middle or high school.
- Boys and girls play together.
- Put a net at each end of a basketball court. Use five or six field players without a goalie for lots of scoring. Substitute players every 5 minutes as they will be running up and down the court!
- Play cross-court to work on drills and skill development.
- Excellent cardiovascular conditioning. Improves hand-eye coordination and overall athleticism.
After-school sports programs
- Perfect team building sport to keep kids active during after-care programs!
- Intramural and interscholastic competition
